1. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your project or service, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation terms and conditions are as follows:
- If the cancellation is requested within 48 hours of project initiation, a full refund will be provided.
- If the cancellation is requested after 48 hours of project initiation but before any significant work has been completed, a refund of [percentage]% of the total project cost will be provided.
